Policy
GDSI’s operating goal is to provide product and service that equals or exceeds the customer’s specifications and expectations.
GDSI believes that none of these goals can be achieved without full participation from all operators, managers and officers. GDSI officers and managers provide leadership in quality training, the formation and execution of quality plans, providing incentives for superior performance and facilitating communication between all employees and customers. It is the ultimate responsibility of the officers to ensure and maintain total customer satisfaction.
GDSI recognizes that the pursuit of total customer satisfaction is a dynamic, perpetual process. It is driven by an attitude which motivates the organization to continuously improve its process, product and service.
Objective
GDSI will meet or exceed customer expectations for product and delivery through continuous improvement.
